Property taxes for 2013 were only $1,428.This home has a heat pump with full duct work throughout the home. It has vinyl double pane windows.It has been smoked in for many years which is why it is a smoker's dream. We will eventually replace all of the surfaces in order to remove the smoke damage but wanted to offer it to someone who may be looking for such a residence first. As a result, pets are also allowed. It will be available by 4/1/14 and maybe a week sooner. For now, please drive by and peek in the windows.     "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
