Banks has a very high bullying rate. The matter usually goes unchecked, may follow up on it then it is forgotten. Not concerned or punishment is given for it. They are starting to have a high turnover rate with their teachers. When you have children that can make it all the way to forth and fifth grade and cannot read that shows me there is something wrong with the teaching. I feel that pushing the kids on through the system is more important than teaching. Banks was once a great schools but now it is felling their students, and it shows.

This school is terrible. The students refer to it as the county because it’s more like a prison than a school. Most of the teachers don’t care about the students and would prefer to see them fail, and the principal thinks of himself as though he’s a dictator.
