"This is a great neighborhood. It feels very family, friendly people, friendly dog friendly. It’s very walkable as far as the neighborhood and people know each other at the family grocery store. Everybody’s very friendly."
    • Mimistamirez
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 23 years, and it’s truly a safe, wonderful place to raise children and call home."
    • Sue Hickox

    • Heidijoymarsh
"Schools are good but have gone downhill Lately due to post Covid related issues. I also wish we had more cultural stuff like art galleries etc "
    • Trulia User
"We live near this community where our daughter purchased a home she loved and we often visited. The property values have skyrocketed. The proximity to Picnic Point Park on Puget Sound is a plus."
    • Trulia User
"It is a beautiful development where our daughter purchased a home we helped finance when first developed"
    • Trulia User
"Lack of following leash laws and cleaning up after their pet. Open spaces to take your dog for walks. "
    • Berrie21
"Somewhat opposite of normal traffic flow, so pretty easy, from Marysville to Mukilteo... I work on a second shift schedule..."
    • Jesus V.
"Mukilteo light house festival is what makes mukilteo a highlight as it’s very entertaining as well as just visiting the beach"

    • Cheriekeeey
"You see lots of people walking their dogs- most owners are good but we always walk with a flashlight as lot of people just leave the behind and the sidewalks are a gross mess! Good dogs- bad dog owners!"
    • Sparkygear
"There is a fantastic public library, good school, and it is safe to live here. Homes are well maintained and in general people are polite. It is dog friendly and it appears nearly everybody has one. Many nice walking trails for a bit of nature."
    • Chelseadi92
"Noisey and light because of boeing but overall still safe. Good side walks appreciated pretty decent neighbors "
    • Mcavoydimitri
"It's a good area for a family, couple of weirdos here and there other than that it's a good area. traffic in the area is garbage however the ferry screws commute up quite often."
    • Rachel L.
"There are three schools on Harbour Pointe Blvd, two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school, and they are all great schools:)"
    • Cheriekeeey
"I mostly work from home so I do not have a commute at this time I will say when I am going places there’s pretty much only one way in and one way out and once you get up to Mukilteo’s Speedway there’s a lot of traffic and it takes a long time to get through the lights "
    • Trisha S.
"My family and I moved from Hawaii and been living here for 11 months. We picked this location because of the great things we’ve heard about the school district. "
    • Steve C.
"We have a lovely setting near a golf course, we have some light industrial industry that is nicely integrated and now we have Paine Field for commercial flights. The ferry terminal project is well underway. Thus far traffic is manageable."
