Ten day minimum stay. Rates based on length of stay.

10-19 Days: $145 per DAY (rent owed for check in day and check out day)
20-29 Days: $140 per DAY (rent owed for check in day and check out day)
30+ days: $4000 )
SAVE MORE: Lease to May 31* at $113.33/day (the equivalent of $3400/mo)
One-Time Cleaning Fee for all Move-ins: $175.00

*May 31 is a hard move out date. Rate is discounted for that reason.
