Description

3 story townhome at Tuckers Row in Vineyard, Utah. This townhome is very spacious with plenty of room for storage. The rooms inside are spacious and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to the highway and nearby grocery stores. It's been great for our small and growing family.

There are a lot of really great amenities nearby. There are many parks within walking distance. Even better, in my opinion, there are many miles of paved pathway great for walking, running, biking, rollerblading, etc... It's been a great way to get out with our kids during this pandemic. We are going to miss living here, but a work opportunity is taking us out of state.

This isn't something I'd normally mention, but I have been very pleased with my utility bills here. Not only is this a pretty great price for a townhome, but my utilities have been the cheapest of anywhere I've ever lived.
