"We have fall festival and I feel like all the neighbors are helping each other to keep the culture of Newman. Newman is a very good place to live which makes it special too. Low crime rate, clean and quiet places, nice people, very good police visibility, no graffiti and it’s a growing community."

The town is always clean and friendly. So nice that I started watching homes for sale here as it seems like it would be a great little retirement community. "
