This is the most environmentally sensitive home I have seen in MS. I have never before seen the care and thought that went into constructing the home and developing the land. This is an organic farm on 12 acres of land. The home is energy efficient in every sense, starting with the 4 foot slab foundation that absorbs the winter sun to the solar panels on the metal roof. All the materials used to build the home were chosen to minimize harm done to the environment. There is a 10,000 gallon fiberglass rain water storage tank. There are 2 stocked ponds. Permaculture principles were used to plant the land. The details of all that has been done to create this environment are available on another document. The document goes into detail about all aspects of this one of a kind property. The property is located on a private road off the main road and is landscaped for privacy.

"This is a nice area of Hinds County. It's located 8 miles from Raymond about 8 miles from Byram and 8 miles from Terry. Nice community lake stocked with bass. Nice Quite area. If you are looking for peace and quite this is it."
