7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePlease do not send your kids here. Especially if you love them. This is the absolute worst school. I was severely bullied for my sexuality, and my body and the administration did nothing about it. In 2018 the assistant principal yelled at me because I was asking for the time from a friend. Yes, verbally yelled at me. I would have to beg my mom to get me before the first period even started it was that bad. Your kids are better off not doing anything at all. I did not even learn anything in the 3 years I went. The teachers do not even make an effort. They would not even accommodate me and my learning disability. Crazy thing is, I lived in Hawaii prior to moving there. There was at least five times the kids. One teacher physically snatched my phone due to it being in my backpack and the screen lit up. I was not even on it. The students started hateful rumors. Once the office ended up going through my phone and found my notes app where I had written a lot of stuff about how bad I felt. It ended up going around the office, and finally it got out to the students. The buildings are even worse as I am 95% sure they have a cellular block. Perfect signal outside, but not inside. Granted this could be the building. This school has caused me so much trauma even in 2022 it still hurts. So, in summary, this school is very shady, and if you even have the single ounce of care in you, do not send them here.Parent Review1y ago - Yulee High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have NO clue why this school is receiving a 6/10 rating. My son attends this school. The reason that we bought a house in Yulee is because of the schools. Yulee High School is in fact an “A” rated school. The academics are excellent as are the teachers and entire staff. The school has a family type environment. Many of the students that I personally know are thriving. Most are definitely ready for a college environment to include curriculum. If anything, the assessment testing scores and student standing are most likely being lowered by the children that are shipped in from Duval County.Parent Review2y ago - Wildlight Elementary

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorrible school. They teach to be “good enough”….not to excel. I removed my child mid-year because he was failing every math test, but was passing the class because the teacher allowed him to rework and resubmit for passing credit. I’m sorry, but that does NOT an A-school make. Neither has the teacher ever reached out to me to express concerns…. because in the eyes of Wildlight, my son’s doing just fine! UNBELIEVABLE. Also, the principal informed me today when I brought it up that they do not teach students how to use a dictionary and thesaurus. So my child is being assigned essays to write without being taught how to use basic reference materials. Again I say, unbelievable. Beware of the grades they advertise…kids are given passing grades instead of getting the obvious help they need.Parent Review2mo ago - Check out schools near 65053 Lagoon Forest Dr.

"I love the bike paths and the ponds. Also really enjoy the YMCA and like true fact that it is located within our neighborhood. Having the grocery store and several restaurants nearby is helpful, too. "

"This neighborhood as a lot of sidewalks to walk their dogs as well as numerous nature paths. A dog park would be a nice addition to the neighborhood for dogs to run and play with other dogs "

"Good place to live if you like to live good. This 100 word limit is dumb, move to yulee if you like to be left Alone to do your own thing. Stay away if you want to hang out with everyone because that will not happen."

"Big shaded Oak trees, Smaller then any town we have just one store on the Bells River with dirt roads I played in when I was only 5 years old or younger and I love the peace and quiet with no engines running only the sound of dogs barking while children play and still play in the dirty roads Walking around pools of water. I can also smell bombfires burning at night while we roasted marshmallows and hotdogs, I see my neighbors doing the same thing and you can still smell breakfast cooking throughout the area on weekends."

"The traffic is heavy and road construction makes it worse. When it is done, it should be better in the next couple of years. "

"My commute is 37 miles one way and the worse part is getting out of Yulee in the morning. Overall traffic is increasing as people move to the area. This is exacerbated by the never ending road construction. "

"Safe place, used to be a very small town. Starting to get extremely crowded. Schools are started to get over crowded because of the mass surge of people coming to our city. Traffic sucks right now. "
