Description

House consists of a large kitchen with lots of cabinets adjacent and open to the dining area and living room all of which including the entrance, hall and baths have tile flooring All 3 bedrooms have clean carpet and the entire house has very good paint, recently installed double pane windows provide lots of light. Master bedroom has an on suite with very nice shower and large walk-in closet. The other two good size bedrooms join a large bath with tub. This house is very clean and has a very nice front yard and a large backyard that has a large oak tree that provides great shade. House is all electric and has a brand new electric cooking stove, great a/c and furnace. All this with an oversized double garage. You won't be disappointed when you see this one.

Tenant pays for all utilities and services. Lawn service can be added & paid with the rent. Minimum 12 month lease is required but a longer lease is preferred. We do a background check to check rental history, check for previous evictions and broken leases, credit report and score. We prefer No pets!

"Spring is big, Im off Cypresswood and Twressheg or something like that. Its loud from cars, bugs and mold and the people around here are rude and plenty of heroin or some kinda drug deals every day. Find drug baggies bi weekly. Not all of Spring is like this. I was new to Texas and didn’t research "

"I live on the east side of I45 and work on the west side so my drive daily is about 34 minutes. I am close to the airport, Humble and Deerbrook,the Woodlands mall. There are numerous stores restaurants,grocers."

"I feel safe. People seem to respect their neighbors’ yards. They pick up after their fur friends. There are no stray animals. People can put their trash out early and it doesn’t get knocked over by animals"

"ok. this neighborhood is small and has a small Elementary School at the beginning of it near Horse Farm feels very safe middle class neighborhood working class neighborhood pool Clubhouse small area for children to play close to stores and shopping in between them in the woodlands and Kingwood close to Deerbrook Mall"
