"Lived in the neighborhood for 40 years short-term rentals have been the downfall to our community . And to think a realtor would advertise for up to 14 people is outrageous. All for a out-of-state buyer to start renting or a local person who doesn't live in it. Just a good way to ruin a good neighborhood. Now on the other hand, it would be a great house for family of three or four, but it doesn't really matter what we think. "
    • Bluemtnwolf
"People are so friendly and homes are beautiful and just a few minutes from the beach. Love living here! N"

      "Commute is easy"
    • Trulia User
"An old fashioned neighborhood with many houses having front porches. Children can safely walk to friends' houses. Sidewalks are on all streets. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, kayaks to use on the lake, pavillion and cook out facilities available for use. A great place for families. "
    • Trulia User
"Margaritaville! Great place for active adults. Neighbors are wonderful, bands Friday and Saturday nights. Many activities. The on site restaurant has great food at good values. It has been more than I expected and I feel blessed to live here. โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ"

"Itโ€™s dog friendly and safe. No real complaints. Thereโ€™s a handful of outdoor TNRโ€™d cats on every street , but that has not been a problem for us, and in fact, the dogs love to watch and chase them lol "
