Description

Awesome home on at the end of the street on an outside corner. With a 3 car garage and the RV parking, you will have lots of room for storage or toys. The third car garage could be set up as a hobby room as it has a heater on that side. As you enter the home you will find a bedroom on the left and a formal dining room on the right. As you continue you will enter the living room and open kitchen. This is a great home for entertaining. This home has many great features. One of the neatest features is that there are lights in almost every closet. The rooms are spacious and there are fans throughout. You will find a wonderful back yard with tons of room and an Alumawood patio cover. There is a shed in the back, but is reserved for the lawn provider for his tools and things for the home.

"I lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. The only thing that unique was there is only one-way in & one-way out. So people don’t usually come up here unless they live here or are visiting. Seems to be a safety perk. "
  • Seema M.
"I see people walk their dogs around the area. I see also people running and walking daily. It’s close to Save More grocery store which have reasonable prices. There is gas station near by and pharmacy."

  • Mgardiner75
"Anywhere in Redding is approx 15 minutes. Car thefts are high. Theft in general is high. Beautiful city. We moved here in 1991 and the parks were safe for kids. Now, kids come upon syringes etc. making it unsafe. The homeless problem is horrible as they steal and are at every corner begging for money. I’m so looking forward to leave this city after retirement. Mount Shasta and SHASTA lake are nearby. Mt Lassen is also close by to the East. Beautiful areas for hiking. "
  • Susan W.
"U can walk around with your dog no problem owners use leash an pick up after their dog. People respectful"
  • Wendelyn L. H.
"I don’t know. I don’t own a dog or have any idea what type of neighborhood they need. We do have a dog park nearby "
  • Susan W.
"My truck stolen off my driveway 3 mos after I moved here do I have a bad taste here. I drive to work and have to pass all the homeless in the community park by the library n next to police station lots of fight I can’t go to library. People passed out on sidewalks downtown redding. Why do I pay taxes for police here they dont do much"
  • Lonewolf2kz
"not a place for the Family Herion Addicts Buy and selling freely in the neighborhood. have witnessed people cruising the streets buying proposing the streets to buy from them with out thought of the health and Well-being for the Children. "
  • Thadtreece
"We love the community and neighbors , close to the convention center, so lots of concerts and events close by."
  • Thadtreece
"We are close to the fireworks and kool April nights, concerts, the rodeo. We are close to turtle bay and the sundial bridge, and lots of river trail access."
