MOBILE HOME - 1985
3 bed, 2 bath, 1248 square foot, double wide, mobile home that needs some TLC. I will have it almost completely stripped down to a blank slate ready to remodel and make yours! There is an attached enclosed porch, approximately 45 feet long and 7 feet wide, that is partially enclosed with wood panels that contains two large doors for access to the porch area. The other end is screened. There is a blue tarp up on a part of the porch side just to keep rain out.

The roof was replaced approximately 10 years ago, is metal, and in great shape. No leaks!


BARN
There is an old 900 square foot barn, built of wood, with five 10x10 stalls, a 10x10 tack room, and a loft above the same size as the barn below. The barn has electricity, lights, and a few outlets. The well is located behind the barn. The stairs and balcony to enter the loft need to be rebuilt. They are usable now but VERY unsafe.

5 acres, corner lot. The front 2 acres is lightly treed with a good size clearing. There is a small pond in the northeast corner. Most of the back half of the property is covered by majestic, extra large oak trees, creating a beautiful canopy of shade. There is a clearing in front of the barn.

Approximately 13 miles south of the Yeehaw Junction exit of the Florida Turnpike on US-441, north of Orange Ave approximately 5 miles.

There is a convenience store about 3 miles away, however all major shopping is approximately 30 minutes either in Ft. Pierce or Okeechobee city.

Beaches are approx 45 minute drive. This is real country living! Neighbors are mostly friendly and help each other, it is a nice quiet area.

    "All the establishments for children has closed down couldn’t make it. Movie theater, bowling alley, skating rink all closed down from the pandemic and never reopened. Schools are good. The city does have festivals, rodeo’s, holiday parades. Okeechobee is a fishing town. Bass Tournaments for kids also. "

    "The county has quite a few events in the five parks through thr Maine streets in town;art festivals, cookoffs. Food truck events, parades. The Agri-Civic Center hosts not only rodeos, but also the County Fair, a Halloween Festival to minimize house to house trick or treating, and anyone can sponsor a booth, with carnival type games, mini dog races. There is also a Community Health Fair each year in January, with local hospital, clinics and emergency services being involved. The Tri County Food Bank also does a distribution about three times a year. "
