7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a former alum from decades ago, VHS is significantly lacking in teacher professionalism. Multiple teachers were toeing the line with students, and far too engaged with politics of the student body. The culture of the school is soured, and the teaching body is to blame for it. There needs to be more outside hires, and less former students being onboarded to the staff that perpetuate the same systemic problems that the school cannot outgrow. I would be much more inclined to send my child to North, or bus them to Hunterdon Central before I would subject them to the subpar VHS school system. For such a solvent school and wealthy taxpayer base, I'd expect better management of the system. My advice is to not send your children to Voorhees.Other Review3mo ago - Hampton Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has improved greatly in the last few years. The head administration is amazing and has made so many improvements. They have added some amazing staff, programs and curriculum to help the students achieve more. It’s so hard to judge this school based on overall school ratings because there is such a small number of students in the school that the averages get affected easily.
