About this House

Beautifully maintained home on a corner lot near hospitals, schools, restaurants and shopping. Rocking chair front porch and a nice sized deck in the rear of the house for backyard BBQ's and entertaining. Backyard is fenced in for privacy and is also wonderful for pets. The home has really nice hardwood floors through the home (even under the carpeting on the stairs). All carpets have just been cleaned. The only room that does not have hardwood underneath is the back family room. This is a large room and would be ideal for someone who may wish to have a master bedroom on the first floor. There is a half bath and a full closet. Owner still has original door so privacy would not be an issue. Plenty of room for multiple vehicles. There are two separate parking areas and room for one car inside the garage. Owners have priced this house to sell quickly. Not much to do here except move in and start enjoying everything the City of Kingston has to offer.

Also it’s right next to an airport my son loves watching the planes overhead . The streets are very wide and low traffic so it is a nice neighborhood to take long walks with the kids or animals "
