Enjoy a slow morning spent sitting on our patio and take in the view with your morning coffee. Lay around in the hammocks or in the 4-person hot tub while stargazing. This house has been created to help you slow down, relax and and enjoying the moment.The inside offers a fully renovated and open floor plan. Reconnect with loved ones over a meal prepared in our fully stocked kitchen while also being able to hangout with everyone in the living room. This property is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. 2 of the bedrooms have a queen bed and one is perfect for the kiddos with a twin trundle bed. The property has been designed with peace and privacy in mind. THE SPACEThere are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people; a queen bed in two of the bedrooms and a trundle for the kiddos (or two adults that want to have their own twin bed). Each of the rooms has their own desk for work or creative endeavors.THE OUTDOORSThe large property comes equipped with outdoor amenities including an outdoor dining table set under a pergola with twinkle lights, a 4 person hot tub set under the stars, a mid-century cement fire pit and a hammock garden with 4 hammocks set to rest and relax. make sure all the outdoor lights are off for ultimate dark skies and incredible stargazing.For the safety of our guests we have a Ring doorbell and Nest security cameras on the front of the house. OTHER THINGS TO NOTEProfessionally managed by Property Manager RENTAL AGREEMENTThere will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation A/CThe Walpi Retreat is cooled by mini splits in each room for both the heat and air. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights and also allow different people to have different climates in each bedroom. WASHER / DRYERIf you would like use the washer and dryer and are staying more then 4 nights, please let us know so we can have those ready for your arrival. STAR GAZINGFor viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best. WIFIThere currently is good WiFi on the property. Cell service works great (Verizon is the best out here) and there hasn't been any issues with guests and having service. GAMESWe have provided a number of indoor games and activities for kids and adults alike. Be sure to keep all the pieces and parts together where they belong so everyone can continue to enjoy them. FIREWe have a propane firepit for your use. Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no OPEN (wood) fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. GUESTSYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. IDENTITY VERIFICATIONYou will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text.ADDED SERVICES FOR OUR GUESTS PRIVATE IN-HOME YOGAWant to have a private yoga experience in your rental? Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available.
