Condo owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for electric and Internet. First month's rent and deposit due at contract signing and non refundable animal deposit per animal. No smoking allowed in Condo. Up to 2 pets total allowed. Boat in picture is not included. 2 outdoor, assigned parking spaces. Damaged Smoker, grills, balcony furniture, and patio furniture will not be replaced during the lease term. Renter must sign and aide by HOA covenant's and restrictions. Renter will be fined if HOA rules are broken.
