Plus new propane tank already filled! Renter will be responsible for keeping it filled thereafter.

There is no dishwasher so if that s a deal breaker wanted to toss it out there. We are not accepting any government vouchers at this time either.

Security Deposit: $600

Monthly Rent with lawn care provided: $800

Monthly Rent without lawn care (meaning the renter mows and weedeats the grass): $750

Would prefer no pets but a small pet(s) might be considered for the right situation. Renter will be required to sign a year lease.
