We have owned and operated this property for over 40 years. Our careful person-to-person screening process ensures tenant compatibility and quiet enjoyment of their homes by residents. No short-term vacation rentals or subletting. Our tenants stay for years, some for decades.
The unit has one reserved off-street parking place. Floor area: 300 sq-ft. Front-to-back ventilation from sea breezes, plus a ceiling fan.
Interior stripped down to the studs and rebuilt in 2017, with all new appliances. Contemporary lighting.
A full-size clothes-closet and copious storage drawers and spaces, not leaving a single cubic-inch unused. Additional common storage area for one bike and one surfboard.
Common ocean-front patio for entertaining or savoring your ocean alone.
No smoking or vaping in units or on the property. No pets, service dogs or emotional-support animals. We enforce these conditions for the benefit of all our tenants.
One-year lease. $1,600 per month and $1,600 security deposit. Tenant pays for gas, electricity and communications. We provide water and trash.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
