My Son finished kindergarten at Santa Clara and did very well. He was on the top reading group. His teacher Miss Chon was excellent, along with Mrs. Joeann, and Mrs. Whitney. My son had a good amount of homework. They did a good job with notifying me with school news, pictures, feild trips etc.... The principle Mr. Islas is also very involved with the students. The school had a talent show which was so much fun, and what made it even better, was there was no winner. The students got together to show each of there talents. So far my son has been happy with this school. He will be attending first grade. I was'nt very involved with volunteering at school, but i was very involved with my son and his homework. This school is awesome. Sauce. Also has one of the coolest basketball courts I've ever seen. Made lots of friends here and one of my favorite teachers shout out Mr. Paulson is one of the the best I've ever had. There is some teachers that I don't like but that's for every school. For the most part, they're all really helpful and good at teaching though. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Also they have amazing soda machine selection.

My daughter attended this school and I had to pull her out due to her being assualted. The school is infested with gang activity it should be no surprise as it is located on the south side of Tucson. The administration is worthless they sit back taking no action as the children run amok. Bullying and gang activity is prevelant throughout the entire school.
