1st floor has a large tiled eat in kitchen with plenty of cabinets, The kitchen flows into an open dining room which continues to flow into the living room.

Off the back hallway is an additional bedroom and tiled bath with a shower. It could also be used for an office or in-law apartment.

It has a gas fired boiler with cast iron baseboard heating. The boiler was replaced in 2015. New water heater 2020, New fridge 2020. New Roof 2013. Underground sprinkler system 2010. New fridge 2020. New dish washer 2019.

There are thermal insulated windows in all the rooms.

All appliances go with the house.
