The primary bedroom has French doors to the patio, skylights, a walk-in closet, and en suite. The primary bathroom has a stand-alone shower. Separate vanity is located just outside the bathroom entrance. The guest bathroom has a tub and toilet, separate from the vanity, which is also located just outside the guest bathroom. Indoor laundry just off of the garage, electric washer/dryer hook-ups. Evaporative cooling, and forced air heating. A refrigerator and built-in microwave are provided. The fridge is not warranted.
