About this House

425 Sq foot Garage partially renovated,,, new roof including plywood decking , new 200 amp power , newer siding with fresh plywood over old lapboard with vapor barrier, newish windows , drywalled with insulation, ceiling fan and track lights , decent flooring , functional Gally kitchen, functional bathroom vanity, project needs finished and some corrections, plumbing needs installed but there's a potable water system in place , building is not plumbed !!!not currently a residential building !!!Water and sewage lines are on the property capped !! Just gotta buy meter and get permission from health department to plumb , you can get water shut off without hassle but plumbing the building will take a bit more effort , but is possible!! This lot allows for manufactured homes , stick frame , modular, 800 sq foot minimum but you can ask for a smaller home install , 300$ application to the housing authority board and they should approve a smaller home build !! Landscaping across yard. Needs fencing but what I have in place now meets the setbacks ,,, if one were to build or install an 800 Sq ft home , around 60 to 70 thousand and do the finish touches on the garage project, one could see a return of Mabie 165,000 for both buildings together, 2 bed house build and a 1 bedroom apartment,, 2 rental opportunities!!! long description but this was , is still my plan, however, I'm ready to sell my idea for the right price. You can't lose here ! Zoned for residential and commercial,, the purchased power is commercial power from Ohio Edison first energy, you can change that to residential power once a small home is complete,, the tap in cost for water and sewage is only 1350$ ,, 6 gravel parking spots on property, beautiful garden each year including a grape vine and apple tree. 6 large raised garden beds ,, 2 , 55 gal rain barrel ,, just for measure ! You can buy a 2 bed to bath single wide from Home Nation manufactured homes for 60,000 delivered and set up or a 2 bed one bath for 50,000 ,,, if your a builder you can probably stick frame something even more cost effective!!! Thx to all for your interest! FYI , manufactured home companies will take your property as down payment towards a purchase,,

"Homeless, and drug addicts yell out front consistently. Multiple break in attempts in my 5 years living here. Also, people like to sleep in my garage."
  • Amezn8532
"Dog owners would love the yards and greenery. Dog owners should be wary of the nearby busy intersections in case pets get loose. "
  • Rodrick Pierce
"The struggle is real. Springfield was a once proud community but it is truly struggling now. Lack of resources and proper infrastructure is a huge problem along with subpar schools. "
  • Darrell444
"It’s a great place to live and to raise a family, the family park is very nice. They just added 2 new pickle ball courts."
  • Darrell444
"It would be nice if we had community programs, so everyone would get togethe. Get to know everyone in the community and have something for the children to do like kickball softball games at ball park."
  • Darrell444
"I have lived here for 14 years I would not live anywhere else great neighborhood, family, and friends. "
  • Shelley Behr
"Northridge is a clean place to live. My neighbors are very friendly and I feel safe living here. Northridge is close to shopping and has nice schools. "
  • Amanda W.
"The neighbors in this area make it worth living here. Only second to the charming architecture. Just wish there were better local restaurants!"
  • Radford20
"There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
  • Aubreeann887
"Here the neighbors are not too friendly I have had a lot of issues they also blare music all night and have traffic all day long "
  • Devon H.
"There are many parks in the area, with decent playgrounds for children. The bigger parks are great for nature walks. There is quite a bit to see."
  • Fatima S.
"there’s no dog park. there’s a few neighborhood cats that like to stray and you often hear the neighborhood dogs barking. it’s no bother really since everyone minds their business. just something to be mindful of."
  • Marcus H.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years, and it's changed over the last 7 years. The neighborhood has some really good people and also a few bad apples. But, overall the people that live here, do make an effort to look out for one another. "
  • Tara F.
"Nice neighborhood to have your kids. There’s a park & pond close by. You always see families out walking or riding bikes. Trick or treat has always been a blast in Northridge. "
  • White K.
"We live in a great neighborhood and we have some of the best neighbors. For the most part we’ve had no big issues. To me good neighbors can turn the worst neighborhood into a great place to live"
  • Colleen H.

"This neighborhood is very quiet most people know one another depending on part of town there may be heavy drug activity "
