Description

We are renting a room in a beautiful 2BR/1B apartment in Artistry, Emeryville community on the 4th floor with a very nice view of the mountains. The apartment has been renovated very recently, so everything is brand new with 24 hours security. There is an open kitchen and a fireplace in the living room. You get your own room and will share the common area (common closet, living room, kitchen and bathroom) with a couple in their 20s. The room is pretty basic and unfurnished with a glass-door closet of average size. We do not have a TV but are planning to get some furniture for the living room. If you have furniture like sofa/table/desks/TV, it is even better. Once you decide to move in, you will be asked to fill out an online application with basic information (to have your name on the lease and get access cards). This will give you access to all the amenities in the community: 24 hours fitness center; Jacuzzi; entertainment room, etc. It is a smoke-free community and pets are allowed. Our lease will end on June 7th, 2015 and if you are a good match, we would love to renew the lease with you for next 6 months or a year. Utilities like water and garbage are included and there is a washer and dryer on every floor. There is a $1311 deposit and you will have to pay the month's rent the day you move in + $35 application fee (so $2646 upfront). You will pay 1/2 of PG&E, cable and Internet bills (shouldn't be more than $100, but it really depends on the usage). The utilities will have to be paid at the end of the month and next month's rent would be due one month from the day you move in. We are showing the apartment from December 7th to December 15th all day. Contact only if your move-in date is anytime between December 7th - December 15th. If you want us to hold your spot, you will have to put down a deposit and pay the rent for Dec-Jan ($2646) by December 15th and fill out the application.It will rent out soon because of the amazing location and amenities for such an affordable price. You would not get a place like this in Emeryville for such an attractive price and easy accessibility to Amtrak, Public Market, Subway, shopping complex & movie theater on Bay Street etc. If interested, call/text at 201-747-4764.It is just 3 miles from campus.
