About this House

New construction on Norway Lake! Completion by October 30. East Point is an exclusive new neighborhood of just four waterfront homes on Norway Lake, each with 100 feet of private frontage. This new construction residence is being built by a well-respected local builder in collaboration with a Greenwich, CT designer, pairing quality craftsmanship with sophisticated style. Inside, radiant heat and heat-pump air conditioning provide year-round comfort, while a designer kitchen and spa-worthy bathrooms elevate everyday living. Soaring ceilings and a stunning stone fireplace anchor the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, where floor-to-ceiling lake views set the stage for both quiet mornings and easy entertaining. From your future dock, take in unobstructed water views with no homes in sight - just scenery and privacy, year-round. Set on the lake's ''quiet side,'' this is the setting for anyone craving peace, natural beauty, and a real connection to the outdoors. A culvert thoroughfare offers boat access to the other side of the lake, where you'll find lakeside dining, two marinas with fuel, a full-service restaurant, a convenience store, a public beach, and a picnic area. Just 50 minutes from Portland and 45 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort. Call today to learn more about this rare opportunity on Norway Lake

"I moved to Norway from suburban Ohio 16 years ago and I never looked back. At the time the hopes for the revitalization of downtown was halted by 2008. Today, we have a vibrant downtown, an active community, an exciting project for our beautiful lakefront and opera house, and other nationally recognized gems. We are a group of entrepenuers, professionals, farmers, top notch skilled workers etc. who all value the beautiful outdoor life of Western Maine. "
  • ugh
"I know this is what makes the app free but my town is so small and boring and this thing keeps making me talk about it. there's really nothing left to say of it anymore"
  • moss
"You need a car to get around. Most bigger name shops are about 45+ minutes from Norway. The commute to Portland is about 60 minutes. "
  • prospective mover
"There are a couple of decent parks around for young children, and the crime level is really low. However, there really isn't anything here for children or teens during the winter months, and I honestly think that has a negative affect."
  • Laura A. J.
"I lived in Maine for 16 years and loved this place. Excellent views, good breezes, wonderful access to ski and outdoor activities in the winter, many lakes in the area for summer activities as well as access to the coastal areas of Maine."
  • jjproperties
"Beautiful residential neighborhood nestled in-between farms. Norway Lake is nearby as well as the downtown only a brief ride."
