VILLA LOTELA is located on Lake Lotela in Avon Park. We offer (5) FURNISHED apartment homes. Unit #2 is expected to be available early September 2024. Our quiet, peaceful, well-maintained property is homey and comfy. We offer corporate rentals (6 months or more) and annual agreements. But CHECK WITH ME if you have a need for something else. We are an Airbnb like setting but we do NOT do nightly, weekly or monthly rentals. This unit is suitable for one occupant or a couple.

Our LOCATION: 6 miles to Advent Health Hospital, 10 miles to Highlands Regional Medical Center, 2 miles to South Florida State College, 6 miles to Nucor, 15 miles to Sebring Raceway, 15 miles to Highlands Hammock State Park. A short 1.5-hour drive to EITHER coast and about the same distance to Tampa or Orlando.

VILLA LOTELA: Price VARIES with the length of stay and number of guests. $1500/month on a one year lease. Corporate and shorter-term rentals are WELCOME. We offer customizable terms and can provide a quote for you depending on your needs and how we structure utilities. On a typical annual rental the owner pays for water, garbage, gas for water heater, and provides property wi-fi. The tenant puts the electric in their name.

They come out periodically and resurface the road. They were here again just the other day. Trash pickup 2 X week. County water and septic system. We have sadly outgrown our home, or should I say it has outgrown us. We have 6 children, grown and at one time we had a houseful. We no longer need this much room. Close to super Walmart, a Dollar General, churches and parks and lakes as well. Come by and see for yourself. There are 2 screen lanai's on the back of the house. Carpet , tile & linoleum. Cathedral ceilings in main section of the home. large pantry in kitchen. Ceiling fans all throughout. Laundry room is inside. No need to go outdoors to wash clothes! Large yard. Shade trees. New roof installed in 2004. It is a Alcoa aluminum roof."
