"very hard to find rentals that allow pets even if they are registered service dogs. it is ashame when a disabled person is turned away because of their service dog or charged an outrageous pet deposit fee "

"I have lived in the city of Ocean Isle Beach for 21yrs. I lived on the Island for almost 14yrs. It is a beautiful place to live, on the Island their are sidewalks to walk your dogs. very people friendly. my dogs used to love the short walk to the Beach (where they are required by LAW to have them on a leash) and play in water and try to chase the birds. it was their daily fun time."

"Sunset Ridge is a great community with great people! And with two top beaches only a 7 to 8 minute drive away it has an awesome location. Shopping and dining is only a 2 minute drive making this one nice community to call home."

"I live in the area....residents are friendly, lots of pet owners enjoying the walk down the street with their pets, street feels secluded as if you're in the country yet you're so close to all the amenities. After 4 years at this property, do not feel concerned about safety of person or property. I especially enjoy the stroll down to the ICW where I can see the OIB bridge and boats cruising on the waterway. "

"Outstanding area to live in totally secure private and quiet. Gave communities with five golf courses private indoor and outdoor swimming pools private beach house for the residence has every amenity you can think of and is only 2 miles from the ocean."
