"Over the past few years there has been a steady trend in property improvement. While the construction of new homes has virtually ceased the existing homes have generally been fixed up and yards cleaned up and improved. There is still a much room for improvement but progress has been made. The hourly bus service to Bellingham, a new community center and the conversion of a low scale biker bar into a church have all helped."
