Failure to comply with this will result in an automatic non-response Up for rent is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with a finished basement and an additional room in the basement. There's also a fenced backyard and a balcony that is perfect for grilling or having a small get together. The neighbors have been great and we have had no issues with noise. This townhouse is ideal for families and young professionals. Also a HUGE plus is there is ample parking for visitors and you get 2 reserved spots! For this price, this place cannot be beat! Living room: hardwood floors leading into the kitchen. Also has a a half bathroom. Kitchen: Has an island and a walkout door to the top of the balcony
3 bedrooms: The first is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and full bathroom with a single sink. The second and third bedrooms are smaller than the master bedroom but have closets in each room. The Basement: The basement is finished and has another room that can be used as an office or another bedroom. There are 4 storage rooms, so ample place to put your stuff! All pictures were taken in the last couple days. Appliances: microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all included
Parking: You get 2 assigned parking spots and there is ample parking for visitors
Utilities: This unit uses central heat and central AC
Additional amenities: Access to the community pool, located within 5 minutes of Springfield mall, and is located right off of 395, which is ideal for DC commuters as you do not have to pay the route 66 toll Rent Price: $2,025/month not including utilities (water, electric, gas)
The ideal tenant: MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT!! Also must have a stable job(s), and a total income that equals approximately 3x 1 month's rent and references. We are also looking for a "single unit" of people (a family or a couple). We will run a background check to verify all information!
