You have window AC units. You have one ceiling fan in the back master bedroom. The walls back there in that one bedroom you need to put drywall in. Since I acquired the home back in August there was a lot of stuff that needed to be done. Over 50 loads of stuff went out of that backyard to straighten it out to what it looks like today. You have a back decking back there this partially done that you need to finish. The back of the home looks 1915 you could go ahead and stain it and paint it or do whatever you would like to try to keep that look a little elbow grease. You have a wall heater that you will see a picture of that can work.The roof had problems but that was fixed no leaks.The city gave me permission to finish Eastside of home with cosmetic that did not need a permit,Under that black velt paper is new osb The flooring in one room is tile the existing floor had laminate covering and is solid you can carpet or tile, up to you.the ceilings you can strip that old paint off that somebody did not know what they were doing and repaint it put a screw here and there that's still in good condition part of it from previous owner on what they tried to do with home looks good but needs to be worked on with paint. This home is an old home pier and beam level all the way around. That was incredible to see this is over 10 homes since my mother passed away and I want you to know everything that I have been rehabbing homes since 2015. The home is structurally solid for how old it is she still looks good. You have plenty of parking in the back for RV to put up a shop or to put a beautiful garden. You have a bunch of wood back there from a tree from the previous people cut down I will put pictures in on that backyard, if people have seen this on Zillow before they have seen all those other pictures I had up, that tree little by little I have been breaking down into pieces and selling. You have parking up front. You also have parking on the west side as you will see a picture of my beautiful old truck. I was thinking about bracing this home all the way around and then moving it and just selling the land for $50,000 land is not cheap today folks. I am giving the option buy the property for the price that you see it at fix the rest of her up try to keep her lasting we are erasing too much of History and this home is historical. I know much more to say but serious buyers will be checked out thoroughly before they step upon the property.
