Looking to sublease a two-bedroom - two bath apartment with a loft (configuration B2AL, ~1300 sq ft, floor plan attached) starting Jan 2022 (can start last week of Dec) for a six months duration in The Mews, a luxurious apartment community in Princeton, NJ (West Windsor). We are renting it at ~$3,000/month (that's also the price for current rental units available in December) - however, we need to move out by December end and are planning to sublease it at a discounted price of $2,500/month for late Dec/early Jan start. Priority for tenants looking to apply today!

    "To get to bus station is a long , over populated area and the majority of people walk but a lot of cars in a very over populated and mixture of all kinds of people. Some very nice, and some very rude and feel they own the streets! I really hate Princeton and don’t recommend it. To get to train station is now a drive and to The Dinky is a longer walk than bus stop. And everything costs money, they built decks to make money and they also make you get permits to park. I was blessed enough to have a driveway where I was, but all in all: I rate it a good=25 & bad=75%-NOT VERY GOOD! Must rate Police & EMT IS A GOOD-100% -very fair and also courts are fair majority of time"
