"Great sense of neighborhood. Polite folks. Great for pedestrians. And parks are nice, and maintained as well. "
  • Fiero2mike
"It’s got it’s nice areas and it’s not so nice, just like any city or town. Lots of public transport especially on 56th street &Bush Blvd. Fowler has some buses, or used to that didn’t run down that major street but plenty of busses that cross it and drive down a small part of the street. Running typically the busses run ėvery 10 mins. I’m pretty sure All Day Bus passes 4 the Hillsborough bus r still $4 & a 1~way cost $2 so busses are free. USF, Wawa,(1 more on Bush almost finished) lots of restaurants for both college students, as well as Professionals at or in the area near the University Mall. There’s places area for nature walks, hiking, Canoeing, etc."
  • Virginia E.
"Very safe friendly neighborhood , clean and quiet , good schools and universities , close to interstate, grocery and shopping mall, and entertainment centers great for families, or anybody. "
  • Camilla H.
"Homey and peaceful relatively. There are many parks in the area and relatively close to the highway- access to different parts of Tampa in a snap"
  • Piedad A.
"Not many community events, there are groups to play cards and board games that are beginning to form through next door app In Teresa Arbor they have a community garage sale once a year, other than that ,I can’t think of any thing happening in this area as a community-"
  • Erika P.
"Temple terrace is generally a clean community with parks and single family homes. I’ve lived here since 2012 and have always felt secure and never had any issues. It’s affordable and they have their own city police who maintain a sense of security. Whatever you do, don’t speed. They will pull you over! "
  • V
"pool parties.......... super bowl parties..... fireworks. closer to amusement park... lots of restaurants"
  • Cayala
"Just be aware of the kids in the parking area they come out of nowhere on their bikes. Neighbors are to themselves. It’s pretty much quite. The pool on the other hand when it’s not trashed by other siders is okay. "
