Up to 2 small pets under 35 lbs are welcome with monthly pet rent.

On-site laundry being added and will be available in April 2022. Closest laundromat is about a 2 minute drive/7 minute walk until then. Outside patio is considered common space and is shared with other tenants. One off-street parking spot included, also on-street parking available. Option to rent additional parking spots from the business next door for $30/mo.

Tenant pays: Electricity, Gas (furnace only) Owner pays: Wifi, Trash, Water/sewer.

RENTAL CRITERIA:
- This property does accept housing vouchers.
- All potential renters over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application.
- Applicants must have a combined monthly gross income of three (3) times the rent amount.
- We will conduct credit checks, criminal background checks, and search for prior evictions.
- Evictions must be at least 3 years old and you will need to provide proof of payoff.
- We look for credit scores above 625. We may consider scores from 550 to 625 with a co-signer.
- You will need to submit proof of 30 days of income, and rental history for the last 24 months.
- A link to fill out an application will be emailed to you after you have seen the property.
- There is an application fee of $39 for each person.
- Small pets under 35 lbs allowed with a $100 pet deposit and $30/mo pet rent per animal. No restricted breeds, pet must be at least 1 yr old and house trained.
- All utilities must be put in tenant name.
- You will be required to have renters insurance throughout the duration of your lease.
- 14-16 month lease required for the first year
- All of our properties are NON-SMOKING.
