About this House

Very nice little home on the east side of Kalispell. One plus bedroom on the main floor, second bedroom has a door going to the back deck and the laundry facility in it. The basement used to have the laundry, but the owners didn't want to go down stairs. The W/D could go back to the basement, which would make a better bedroom on the main floor. The basement isn't finished, but it is very useful. Updated furnace and hot water heater. The basement ''bedroom'' is not egress equipped, but has worked for grandkids. the small yard is fenced in back, with a small deck and BBQ area. The storage shed is included.
