This is the place for you! The best landlords ever are house-proud and have made sure that this over-sized, L-shaped, all-utilities-included studio is pristine and ready to move right in - hardwood floors gleam, kitchen cabinets glow, bathroom tiles sparkle. The studio space is generous with plenty of room for all your stuff. Even better, the kitchen has enough space for a cafe table, so you don't have to figure out where the dining space will go while you move your bedroom things and your living room things around to create a third "area." Of course, the place is ample enough for a full-sized table and chairs should that be exactly what you want. One of the best features is that the kitchen and the bathroom are really, really removed from the your main living space so you get a chance to actually walk around your apartment rather than standing in the same room all the time. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and counter space and has a window overlooking the front garden. The bathroom also has a window in addition to having it's own foyer complete with linen closet (there are two other closets for clothes). The Q23 is right outside your door and can sweep you away to subways and all points elsewhere. On sunny days, take the walk to the R at 63rd or the E/F at 71/Continental and enjoy the shops on the way and the gorgeous architecture. The area is full of places to eat and get stuff, so convenience is yours! There's no parking included with this rental, but a quick drive around the block is promising. And while we love your pets, this apartment can't accept them. Board approval is required for this space so keep that in mind when setting your move date ... the process is quick here, but if you need to move in tomorrow you'll need other arrangements for a few weeks first. It also has more trees and green accents than most of other neighborhoods in Queens. The playground located by Grand Central Expressway has a tennis court and athletic field with volleyball court and track among other parts. Also the neighborhood is a walking distance to Forest Park. Great area for kids. "
