Our home is conveniently located 30 miles away from both Phoenix/Mesa Gateway airport and Phoenix International airport with easy access to area highways. Our home also includes flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom, high-speed internet with WiFi access, washer/dryer, a king bed in master bedroom that leads to a master bathroom. A queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed in the 3rd bedroom with plenty of closet space for a comfortable stay room n both rooms. Brochures of nearby places to visit are kept in the house for our guest's convenience. The HOA offers a gated community pool which is located 2-3 blocks (2-3 minutes walking distance) from our home. (available through April-October). Although not heated, the pool offers a peaceful place to lounge, read, and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather.

Owner pays all bills and renter is charged the utility fee every month. No smoking or pets allowed in side the house
