"Nothing better than living in the Mad River Valley. Gat place to live, raise a family, ski, ride your bike, paddle the river. you name it, the Mad River Valley has it. Great schools too. Fayston Elementary School is the best."

"A wonderful, quiet sanctuary surrounded by a peaceful brook without scary winter hill driving, close to Rt 89, Montpelier and Burlington, 45 minutes from Burlington airport yet able to enjoy the incredible Mad River Valley community. A location where kids and adults can explore a fabulous brook, pick spring fiddleheads, enjoy wildlife, pick blueberries. Quiet, yet close to local amenities."
