Unit comes with passes for Clubhouse, Gym, Tennis courts, pool, locker rooms, sauna. Guest are free M-F and $10 each on weekend. All guest must be accompanied by Tenants. This unit is available immediately upon receiving one months rent plus one month security and good credit scores. Tenant has the option to purchase.
