This unit for rent is connected to unit 63A. Residents will want to be ok with homeowner occupation in the adjacent unit from time to time.

Rent is $1,650/month, $1,650 security deposit, plus utilities (water, electric). Firm no pets and no smoking policy. No oversized vehicles such as trailers, snowmobiles, atvs, etc. Long-term leasing, with the initial lease ending no earlier than June 30, 2020. Resident is responsible for yard upkeep.
