About this House

This house was built by the builder to live in. It is built very well. The current owner bought the house from the builder. They are the second owners of the house. It has a beautiful large oversized lot .323 acre. Besides the large side lot there is a large fenced in area behind the house with a covered patio. It has 3 bedrooms, a very large 30' living room/dining room, 1.5 baths, attached oversized 1 car garage with storage above, (garage door new 2017), with automatic garage door opener and an additional 1 car carport on the property. There are hardwood floors under the carpet in the bedrooms, the living room, dining room area and hardwood floors even in the closets and hallway. The closets in each bedroom are large with extra storage above them. The basement is very large, high and dry. (1,156 sq ft). The basement could easily be finished off for even more living space with high ceilings, work shop, laundry area and lots of storage/shelving. It has a wide Bilco door from the backyard into the basement so you are able to get larger items into the basement. Central air conditioning and gas hot air heat. Newer front steps and sidewalk. The property is oversized and backs up to a dead end street. Very clean house. Move in ready. Close to schools and playing fields, shopping, bus line, train station, houses of worship and major highways. Great for walking and bicycling. Location and neighborhood is excellent! The front and screen door, garage door, gutters, downspouts and facia were updated in 2017. Refrigerator is 2017. The house is set up for you to be able to attach your own 7000 watt portable generator to the portable generator plug and whole house transfer breaker box when the power goes out and is needed. Furnace last serviced 2023 by PSEG. Appliances work and are included as is. Please call 717-701-9699 if you would like to look at the property or have more information. "Iโ€™ve lived in the neighborhood for a little over 2 years. Being from NYC I appreciate the convenience of the neighborhood. Many local stores near. Middle mini mall which include a host of different stores. Up and down 28 in both directions there are many stores and eateries. Also, close to 3 main highways. "

"Very nice blue-collar neighborhood very quiet easy access to train station good schools shopping centers malls very good central location to access major metropolitan areas"
  • Mrs M.
"When you buy a home look into the area. Take a walk around the development and don't think it's out of line to ask someone outside about the neighborhood and people. If I could turn back time I would've done exactly that with Middlesex and Starlit Drive. FLOODS FLOODS FLOODS Bad attitudes, crumby neighbors and not a good place to raise a family."
