I graduated from Terrell High and my parents graduated from Terrell High BUT my kids (all 3 of them) WILL NEVER attend Terrell High EVER again.

The hostile work environment is a cycle taught by the administration. The principal is unprofessional and aggressive. The teachers are often harassed, embarrassed, and belittled. The school’s turnover rate reflects this. As a result, the classroom environment is unwelcoming.

Review of Terrell Middle SchoolTerrell Middle School has some students who feel that the environment can be challenging at times. A few students have expressed that they sometimes feel like they don’t fully belong or are not always supported in the way they need.There are also concerns from some students about how discipline is handled by administration. Some feel that communication between students and staff could be more respectful and encouraging, especially during stressful situations. These students believe that clearer expectations and more positive interactions would help improve the school climate.On the positive side, the school does offer academic programs and opportunities for learning, and many teachers work hard to help students succeed. Like any school, there are both good experiences and areas that could be improved.Overall, Terrell Middle School has potential, but some students feel that improvements in communication, discipline approach, and student support could make the school a more welcoming place for everyone
