Take a golf cart drive to the ocean and yes golf carts are allowed in Surfside Beach. Location is very close to Murrells Inlet the "seafood capital" of South Carolina, shopping, golfing, entertainment, and Myrtle Beach International Airport, hospital and doctor offices. Both units have the same layout with about 1,050 sf. each, plus back porch and storage. Back yard is fenced in for privacy. Unit A has all tile floors on 1st. level. Kitchen has an updated refrigerator and new hot water heater in 2013. Unit B has all new carpet downstairs and upstairs and freshly painted downstairs. Also has a new water heater this year. Upstairs bathroom has been updated with new tile floor, vanity cabinet and freshly painted.
