"Some dogs run wild here. One dog killed my mom’s cat. I suppose there is no leash law but there should be. Also there are alligators in the area so you must watch out for your pets. "

"Bonneau Beach is a great place to live. Fishing, boating, and area for swimming in lake for residents. Several good restaurants for eating and even night life. In my neighborhood neighbors walk their dogs and enjoy the quiet streets! Everyone is friendly and we all like children & animals, golf carts or boats are modes of transportation ♥️ "

"I work all the way downtown at MUSC, very long drive. Lots of wear and tear on auto but sooo worth it being to come home to peace, quiet, reprieve from all the hub-bub."
