"They mostly make up government and City workers, very safe place to live. The children play outside regularly when temperatures drop. Many of the neighbors are friendly but not too intimate with each other."

"We rented here for a year and loved it so much we bought a house here. This is the best neightborhood in Yuma - by far!!! It has a nice park and fields and is overall just a great place to settle down. Definitely a good place to raise children too! "
