The backyard has fence on the back border, but is not completely fenced in.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a full bathtub/shower. The upstairs common area has built in shelving for storage. All of the carpeting is freshly cleaned and in good condition.

This unit has an updated high efficacy furnace and central air conditioning unit. There are several double paned windows to help with temperature control.

There is dedicated off street parking in front of the house, plus ample extra parking at the end of the road.

Trash service is provided by the landlord. The tenant will be responsible for water/sewer (reimbursed to landlord bimonthly), gas and electric.
