    "Small town. Not much to do. Lots of churches. Pretty conservative. Dry county. Perryville is very close to Petit Jean which is cool and getting to the Buffalo River is an easy day trip. "

    "The area is centrally located between Morrilton, Conway and Little Rock. I work in Conway and takes less than 30 minutes for me to get to work. Great area to be when you don't want to be in the middle of the city but close enough to get to in a reasonable amount of time. "

    "This is a great home. I personnally viewed the home and the guest house and thought about my husband who hunts and loves to fish. It is right on the water and close enough to the city to do real shopping damage. Get it while you can. "
