Description

Pros:
Charming two bedroom one bath tudor revival home in the family & pet friendly Fulton Heights neighborhood.
Enjoy outdoor amenities like the double-fenced back yard, Broilmaster grill on the back deck, and the large shade trees in and around the property. One of only a handful of double lots in the neighborhood.
Just like a TARDIS, this home is truly bigger on the inside.
Inside you'll find many updates including a new dedicated laundry and completely renovated kitchen featuring matching stainless steel 36" convection range with 6 burner gas cooktop, side by side refrigerator and cabinet faced dishwasher.
Home comes pre-wired for high speed fibrant, high speed cable, and DSS.
Complete tear off and new roof in 2010, and tons of updates big and small throughout.

Upstairs has a gaming/TV lounge, study nook, and potential for an additional two more bedrooms, a full compact bath with shower sink and toilet, and ample storage for those with imagination. 2nd floor designed to accommodate included (not installed) zoned mini split ducted heat pump.

Cons:
Pool suffered a catastrophic accident in 2017 and as such is currently unusable. Restore it to it's full glory or take advantage of the locally accessible Eaman Park community pool just a few short blocks away.
Main floor HVAC will require a new outside condenser unit. Main blower and inside pump still operational.

Price reflects adjustments for pool and HVAC. Price is firm. Seller open to multiple finance terms including lease purchase options. Sold AS IS, WHERE IS.

"I have lived in the neighborhood on South Main for 3 months...the neighborhood is ok except for the repetitive gun violence that takes place in the area and the drug addicts..If you move in the area beware and keep close watch on your property as there are people that break in your home and steal your property overall the neighbors are nice. And if you have children I wouldn't recommend not a children friendly neighborhood alot of drug activity in the area"
  • Dorellkisonjames
"My neighborhood is a great start to homeownership but not a final place to settle down . If you are looking to start your independent journey than this is a good place to begin. "
  • Cory.sandwisch
"It’s a great place except for the division caused by members of the city council. Great food, great parks, and great shopping"
  • Ma R.
