This home is next door to a daycare center in a great family oriented neighborhood within walking distance of Lincoln Park. Accepts Section 8 with proof of employment.

One year lease minimum. Security deposit same as one months rent. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities, including (but not limited to): gas, electric, water/sewer, trash, phone, cable, internet, etc. If approved, applicants will be asked to sign a lease and provide the balance of the security deposit within two days of being approved.
