Description

This Aksarben village tudor charmer is perfect for a small family or some friends looking to share a space while gearing up for classes at UNO. Get ready to ditch your storage unit too, there is a TON of great closet space and additional storage space in this 3 story house.

The house has seen significant work over the past year: including a new deck added to the garage roof, new blinds on almost every window, a completely renovated basement office and TV room, lots of fresh paint, an anti-radon system was installed, an anti-icicle system added to the roof, new lights were added to the master bedroom ceiling, and updates were made to the in-ceiling surround sound system. There was additional insulation added between flooring joists, hardwired RING exterior security cameras and floodlights were installed, there are new bathroom vanities in the master and main floor bathrooms, and a new chandelier was added in the dining room, as well as a new dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Work is currently being done to improve the master shower and replace the hinges on the front storm door. The 1 car garage has been recently painted and better insulated.

Renters are responsible for paying all utilities every month directly to the utility company, this should get switched over to be in your name the first month. No smoking inside of the house. Trash pickup is every Tuesday and recycling is every other Tuesday.

There is a yard and the tenant will be responsible for mowing. If necessary, I can leave an electric lawnmower for tenant use - we can work out these details in the future. I will make sure the sprinkler system gets winterized and turned on/off on when the seasons change.

Renter must have renter's insurance. Parking is available on the street and the 1 car garage.
