"The neighborhood consists of friendly neighbors. We all help each other out where we can. There is a diverse age range and the community is ever changing. More businesses are moving to the town and we have many commuters to Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and Davenport. The schools are very good and produce many highly educated individuals."
