This school has significant issues with bullying and student behavior that are not being adequately addressed. Many students, including myself, have experienced being ignored or targeted for being perceived as “different,” which creates an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment.There have also been instances of students using slurs and other offensive language without meaningful consequences. Unfortunately, the school’s response to these situations has been inconsistent and ineffective, allowing harmful behavior to continue.A safe and respectful environment should be a priority in any school, but that has not been my experience here. I strongly encourage parents and guardians to carefully consider these concerns when making decisions about enrollment.

As someone that has graduated from this School, I have learned more in my 2 years out in the field than I have learned in the 4 years being in this school. I had good teachers every year, but for every good teacher I had, there were 3-4 bad teachers. The people that actually run the school care more about attendance so they can collect their paychecks, than actually caring about the students situations.

This school is horrible with communication. My child has been assaulted here twice in the 4 years attended. The first assault, mine was in kindergarten and the kid who assaulted my child was in grade 5 and they did nothing but say that child couldn't ride the bus for a week. The principal will not take any action and write any kids up. The kid that assaulted him this year has been bullying him for months, should have already been suspended according to Metro schools policies and procedures. Another parent I knows child was bullied and had a concussion and the school didn't do a thing. Please, know these people are protecting the aggressive children and not protecting the victims. The teacher turn over rate is unheard of. The vice principal doesnt even tell the principal about incidents. Half the things my child has experienced with bullying they have been aware of and have not contact me to tell me. I'm very disappointed in the "upper management" failing to provide a safe environment for all students.
